Through simple tools and character based learning, you begin to notice what's happening inside and respond with greater calm, clarity, and confidence. Your brain isn't chaos. It's a system you can understand.
Inside, you’ll find:
Tools that build self awareness and emotional regulation skills.
Playful characters that bring your inner world to life.
Simple, science informed practices for real life moments.
Built for kids, teens, and adults.
Inside your Inner Blueprint lives a full cast of characters.
Some are calm and steady.
Some are loud, dramatic, or reactive.
Some hide in the background until they need your attention.
Each one represents a pattern you may recognize in yourself: worry, focus, doubt, courage, overwhelm, connection, and calm.
As you meet them, you begin to see your inner world more clearly.
Meet Your Inner World
Life Can Feel Like A Lot
Pressure. Drama. Notifications. Expectations.
A mind that won't shut off.
Thoughts loop. Feelings spike. Reactions fire.
Inside each of us is an Inner Blueprint: a system of circuits that shape how we think, feel, and respond. Some circuits keep us grounded. Others can shift us into an Alarm State: reactive, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
What if you could recognize your own internal system and choose a different pathway?
The Box of Now helps you notice those patterns, pause the spiral, and return to an Aligned State with greater calm, clarity, and connection.
Because The Now isn't something you chase.
It's something you return to.
Inside The Box of Now, You'll Find…

A Note From Marisa
Throughout my career, I’ve seen people struggle not because they were broken, but because they didn’t understand what was happening inside them.
One idea that has always stayed with me comes from Alan Watts: we are like mirrors, meant to reflect and experience life, not hold onto every thought or emotion.
When we learn to notice our patterns with awareness, we reconnect with ourselves in a new way. That understanding is at the heart of The Box of Now..
